2. AS and HR had planned to boot out Debo which explains the low scores he got two weeks in a row.
3. ID's comments when he walked out were "before I taken out of this show, I will walk out myself..." implying that he felt that Debo was being set up for an elimination.
4. Nobody dreamt of the tidal wave of support that Debo would get from Assam. This time...the public votes took over from both Gajji and HR's little plans.
5. Everybody has played the regional card before and nobody cried or walked out when deserving contestants like Sharib, Swananda and Nihira exited earlier than deserved while Rajeev and Paresh enjoyed a relatively longer run...so why complain now?
6. Hema would have been out had his mother not fought back to save him. I doubt AS picked him over Himani.
Right now, the only thing guaranteed is Vineet winning unless Assam mounts an unsurmountable tidal wave of support.
7. Debo still has to deal with all the threats of AS about his career after all this...so his struggle isn't going to end with this contest.
God bless that loving young couple. Good luck to them.

Very well put. I agree with you completely.👏👏

Hi Archana,

I respect what you feel but here are few things that I would like to say:

  1. You have said and I quote " I went through the posts and somehow feel that its no fault of either Hemu or himani. I dont think they had done anything wrong. There walkout from the show was not against Debu but against the politics being played" My answer is: Where was this upright attitude and conscience when Nihira, was voted out, or Sharib voted out before Rajeev or Paresh. Was it because they all belonged to the same gharanas. Or was it because public voting was in their favor then. When you accepted the public voting on the very first episode, you have to respect that. After all the public is spending their hard earned money for these contestants. It is good to support a contestant or be a fan, but that does not mean that we have to go blind and forget the difference between right and wrong.

  1. "Just imagine these two the strongest singers in the show never get highest votes and for sure they will be the only contestants to be eliminated in coming episodes". My answer is: That is completely untrue. They have got the highest votes too. If you want I could provide you the dates. If Nihira Joshi can be voted out by public voting. Then Himani and Hema can definitely be eliminated by public voting. I a universal fact that Nihira was the best. So what ever the result is, they should respect the public voting.

  1. Public is not fool, they can understand when injustice is done.

  1. I quote you again "And if you think Hemu and himani were disgraceful. Himani would have not silently accepted defeat nor would Hema be back in show to be out next week". What are you talking about. If Nihira and Sharib can go out, why not Himani. Was she above all of them and deserved VIP treatment. Pllllllleeeeease give me a break. It was disgraceful as an artist and as a musician. An artist cannot be great unless humble. Take the example of all the great musicians in India. Arrogance can and will destroy all of these contestants.

Again, we should all love our kids, but when they are wrong they deserve punishment, not praises. Parents who don't take correct action at the right time end up spoiling their kids and their future. Same reasoning applies to all the fans.

Thank you.

Its not the mistake of Assam or Debojit.
It was the mistake of PPl of rest of India who have voted less compared to NE..
The walk out decisiont was also a mistake by Vinit, hema and Himani

ok...public voting was not the right way to begin with...

But given that every1 has agreed to it(contestants, mentors, also the public becuase they r voting), the rules of the game apply to every1 regardless of the contestants' talent or the mentors' reputation in the industry.

HR's antics (no matter how dull they r), AS's pathetic attempts to discredit some1 by giving low scores, ID's overpraising other contestants, Debu's getting all NE votes, etc. do not break any rules (unless ofcourse if they somehow result in rigging the contest).

however, simply walking out of the contest is breaking the rules and that by default qualifies all the involved participants for disqualification (whatever the reason - peer pressure, mentor's pressure). now ID also walked out but disqualifying mentors doesn't make much sense and neither will it affect them...but a disqualification of a contestant will affect the contestant more significantly.

sorry, don't want to hurt any1. my point is that even though the rules of SRGMP were never made clear to the public, at least 2 rules were clear: 1. any1 can vote for any participant from anywhere in india (i don't think internet voting counts) 2. there is no limit on the number of votes.

so technically, if 1 contestant wins due to 1 person voting for him/her 10000000000 times, it's well within the rules...correct me if i'm wrong 😉

My favorites: Boys 1. Debu, Sharib
Girls 2. Nihira 2.Twinkle, Ujjaini

The people of North-East have always been sidelined and ignored and they have taken it on them to vote for Debojit. It's commendable to have such a fan following .... so I'd say, Go Debojit ... go on and on ...

If the whole of India thinks this is unfair, they should wake up and vote for their favourite participant ... nothing's stopping them ... isn't it ?? And archana_era you can get all south indians to vote for Hema ....

Unfortunately, the rest of India knows what the North East is doing isn't wrong. You asked for public voting so accept the results whatever and however they may be ....

😉 😉 😉

I completely agree with you boss

I think the concept of public voting is all flawed. Look at Fame Gurukul. Public has voted for Kazi. I mean c'mon. Anyone with a even a little knowledge of music, can hear him and vote him right out.

SaReGaMaPa has been a genuine show about true singers. It has churned out some great singers. It was when, there was no public voting.

Also, celebrities are being called on the sets of SaReGaMaPa. With due respect, they may be studds in their own field of proffesion. But music, singing...its way out of their domain.

I think, enough have been said by other senior members also about the same.

I am trully dissappointed.

Really a beautiful reply which is not arrogant and not even downgrading somebody. it's based on the hard truth. It's rightly said that " Sachchai Kadwi Hoti Hai" Dear Archana try to accept the truth. Jab laloo jaisa aadmi public ke awaz ke saamne mitti me mil gaya to a contestants to bachche hai yaar.😆😆😆
