Hope you are being fair and not Kanoon Andha hai when admonishing members on this forum. As a lot of threads on this forum would suggest, there are plenty of abuses and offensive remarks being made, but you are only covering 10% or less of violations.
Further, your judgement and executions don't seem to be fair. Wonder if you have employed a panel of moderators or is it by voting that you determine who should be penalized or is it by SMS?

Hey, look at what this topic says. There are other topics where u can discuss who or what you like and what you think of the competition, etc. Not every topic is for that - definitely not this one. If you have anything to say for or against the "warning", then this is the right place.

In case you come across a post that is abusive or instigating, you can do two of the follewing:

1) Report. ( This takes a while )

OR

2) Send a pm with the link to any Global Moderator on line.

The problem will be addressed immediately.

We have banned many members here for their rude and sarcastic comments. We have also seen that of late, there have been many members trying out their hand at having many User Ids. Members who do this will be banned, all their accounts will be ceased. So beware friends!!!

If you have any problem with any thread, feel it is not good ,feel free to PM the GMs or Mods of this section. They will certainly help you all...

We have got loads of complaints that the Members in this Section are misusing the freedom given to them. There have been personal attacks on other members, attacks on Mentors/Singers. No Singer or Mentor is spared, based on the likes and dislikes of the members here. So let be it. All have their own favourites, likes and dislikes. But, is this over-reaction on part of us, if we openly criticise the Singers and Mentors, just bcos we do not like them. Favouritism is fine, but it should not reach a level where we start humiliating the other singer/mentor or even co-members....

There is a knack in which we can even put across the worst criticism in a nice way. Decency, diplomacy and feeling of oneness should be seen in all members here. Groupism based on favourites, is the worst thing we can have in a Section.

So this is our sincere plea to all members of SRGMP section to control your emotions, respect others' feelings and views. This is a Reality Show, where you and I cannot decide who the Winner will be. India decides, so we need to be calm, take what comes out of it.

IF is one Big Family, where we all care for each other. So, please do not break the unity present here, we need your support to make this Section better and better. You members are the life and blood of this Section. So please consider this as your home, do not use this as a Garbage Dumping Zone. Please throw out profanity, nasty words out of your windows.

We , the Dev Team mebers are going to keep a strict vigil over this section from now on. Any member found crossing limits, will not be spared. No form of attacks, whether it be on Singers, Mentors, co-members, members in Dev team will be spared. Please do not force us to behave like Teachers here. We want a healthy atmosphere here. We are trying our level best to bring sanctity to this section. We require the help and support of each and every member here, to achieve what we want to achieve.

Hope i am making sense to one and all. Hope to see a drastic change in the behaviour of one and all.... Come on Friends, make this place the best!!!
