To do something we need energy.
By breathing in some air and holding it we fell a surge of energy. This will propel us forward.
Good for you. Helps when we are lethargic, or sometimes procrastinate in doing things( all in the mind actually). Holding the breath also makes us feel warmer , to me at least 😆
