That's not true. On the Diya/Kunal episode she sang far from a Sunidhi or Richa type of song. She sang a difficult Lataji song and she sang it very well.

Nobody is criticising Himani but forming their true opinion. If Himani lacks something then it has to come out in open and people should accept it.

Please consider this that it is not easy to sing in two octaves which Nihira has already done with HARE RAMA HARE KRISHNA SONG. Even Sunidhi chauhan or Shreya ghoshal will not be able to sing with two octaves. Himani too...........no way.

That's stretching it too far, Mr. Saregama. Did you ever try or get the two (sunidhi or shreya) to sing two octaves ... or you simply have no idea of their accomplishments ... ?? You better check your facts before making a statement like "even Sunidhi or Shreya cannot sing two octaves" ...

Nihira may be a good singer but please do not get her into the league of Shreya or Sunidhi ... they are anyday better even with their mouths closed ...

Here we go again - 😉 Himani and Nihira can sing songs from both genre whether classical or pop. It's merely a matter of relative scales on who is better - In my view Nihira is shades better - but both are extremely talented.

AS gave Nihira a chance to sing a western song along with Hema and other veterans in the movie Alag. I think he is a far better judge that we keyboard-tapping naive people.

This proves that Nihira uis far superior. By the way, Himani did some aalap for background score for the Kalpana Lajmi's movie.

i don't quite like nihira's style of singing, seems a bit forced..

himani is natural and clear voice.

could any one compare lataji and ashaji

we all know they are masters in their ground.
but what we remember about their song is asha ji for peppy (even she sung all other types mujra,classicaland romantic)
and lataji for her romantic and classical nos.(even she had also sung varieties of peppy nos)

i think u all got my point.
nihira and himani is two difft stars. so pls dont compare both let the best win
