Not all of kamal's punjabi performances have been authenthic punjabi songs. Ignoring his auditions, a lot of his songs have been mainstream "bollywood punjabi" songs which isn't even regarded by punjabi people as real punjabi music.

There has always been a punjabi flare in bollywood music, and it dates back to the 1950's if not even earlier. The indian audience loves our music, which explains why during the last 10 years punjabi flavour has become more prevalent. Even words like "sohniye" and "balle" are regular lingo in songs, even if it has nothing to do with plot of the film. This music is a huge part of bollywood music, and if contestants sing this genre I don't think there should be an issue.

If they become lucky enough to do playback, one day or another we will hear them sing this type of music seeing this trend that will never end. So it's in their best interest to start now

ranjeet can sing more laguages than abhilasha: e.g. hindi, panjabi, urdu, rajasthani, haryanvi, gujrati, bihari, khadee boli, and many.
so, it is good for you to forget abhilasha fat short breath lady.

I was just thinking of this to post on the forum about Alka..how can she comment about the contestant being fat on a public television...that would really destabilize the confidence of the singer at this juncture and they become conscious.It was indeed an uncouth statement of Alka and I was quite taken aback coming from Alkas mouth.Here is where your culture comes when yo do disastrous things on public television and public places and public forums.We have to show restraint and think what we say and not hurt peoples emotions.
Don't we have on IF not to make personal comments on contestants and members....and on zeetv ..they allow it😡

WHAT?You are the last person here that should be teaching spelling and grammar.. let's review

"Spelling" is never plural, no never add and "s" at the end of it. In fact, the correct way to use these words would've been "First learn how to spell".

I also corrected your second mistake.

"You are a child in the music field."

Two childish mistakes in your post trying to expose someone else's errors in the english language.

You are correct, Kamal sings Jaagran song and Ranjeet sings only Nindran song.

What does Ranjeetfan mean by Jaagran singer?

I did not know that singers on srgmp are classified as Jagran singer,fat singer,plastic singer ,beautiful[not voice but face and figure] singer and so on and so forth.

The person has nothing to talk about but use all these adjectives in a negative way to run down the contestant....If Ranjeet knows his fan is like this😲 he will run a mile and disown this fan because he is a good well mannered kid and it will be an insult to him.😒

I agree u r big fan of ur fav Ranjeet but ranjeet is not my favorite but i wud never say such stuff like dat about him!

Kamal is THE best... No matter wat u say or whoever is the winner i can care less about dat... I mean seriously where r the previous winners?? After winnin shows huh?

Dont care if he wins or not his fans do knw wat he is and plus let me remind u this ... Being IN the competition STILL hez already singing in bollywood alrite now

I am punjabi but dats not the reason y m sayin it but juss look at how he sings ... He has dat passion about singing n music so y not juss let it go... Music has sur taal dats the real language

he is so new to hindi songs i am sure he wil learn soon... All his life hez been singin punjabi songs only..do guys remember wen Sukhwinder came to bollywood b4 dat he used to sing punjabi songs only .. I mean juss look at him where he is at.. Dat explains everythin .. I knw sukhi wen he used to struggle with punjabi pop songs not very many ppl recognized his talent till he proved it.. So bear wit kamal too 😛
