It breaks my heart to say this, but Khurram was just off the entire time. He seemed like he was forgetting words and his confidence + emotions were not there. Fareed on the other hand kept the song going .. He was better than Khurram. Thats all I will say. This performance could have been far, farr better!

The song sung during GOLMAL promotion was entirely wrong. Such devotional songs need suitable atmosphere rather Bandariya folks

LOL how did i know there was gunna be a thing hating on Khurram LMAO its like a sixth sense now

But none the less i think the atmosphere was =/

and Although i totally Love my KhurrBear [Khurram] he was super nervous and i dont blame him being in a duet with someone as talented with Fareed would make anyone nervous

none the less it was a nice change and the ending Alap was beautiful =)

Yes, Fareed (the so called classical expert) and Khurram massacred the songs Piya Haji and Kwaja mere kwaja. No feel whatsoever. I did not expect much from Khurram anyway, but Fareed also fumbled. Also wonder if Fareed can sing any other non classical Hindi film songs. I will be surprised if he can.

Coming to Fareed, yes, he was technically quite precise, and his variations and touches were brilliant, but I guess he thinks a bit too much of himself and that's what put him off. He got too overwhelmed basically.

Pls don't be harsh on Fareed, he has tremendous potential, there could be several reasons why he was not up to the mark, but we need contestants like him in the race.

There always will be demand of classical & semi classical stuff, it is the very much basis of what ever singing we want to try..

I am sure he will prove himself , even if he performs well in his genre & semiclassical I 'll look forward for him as long as he is in sur
