Hmmm..

The main essence of this song is to be in a state of truly feeling sadness plus also retain a tone of an adviser (as the lyrics are like that), unfortunately, Shaan's singing here was not as heart-felt as we always expect it to be.. the energetic passion couldn't rise to the set target, it could have been better.. I liked the simplicity of Shaan's singing, the middle notes were nice.. A decent presentation..

Would like to give a 7 out of 10..

This song by Shaan ji is not one of his best at this moment, but it was at that time(when the song was introduced)

The song is trying 2 things at once. Therefore, the tone of the song is a bit hard to catch, and we often see that happening with Shaan ji's singing. But, it can be partially ignored compared to the emotional complexity of the song. And I still feel that Shaan did a much better job as far as portraying emotions are concerned than some of the other singers could to this song.

Now, the emotional aspect of the song does have an impact on the sur. Shaan ji was going smoothly and pleasantly, but there were a few flaws in the middle, due to that emotional aspect of the song.
