I was watching the news channel and some places were really flooded. It was bad in some places. That's not a lie! 😆

I agree its been raining, but its not like things are getting washed away...thats when u say its storm...

And abt some places that u r talking, those are the places are by the end of red line...they aren't anywhr close to ur place. Those places are bad bcoz its all old housing, and they lose power when it just rains. Its just bad Pepco service.
