nrifan good maths. But the truth is something fishy is going on. I am confident of this.

From your post I could make out you are good in Maths. Or anyone who is such can tell. Just tell me if we go by probability number how much chance is there for such a thing happening. No chance at all.......

There is a chance that once they saw the difference - they got somone to vote on the net or send SMS to make it equal. I am sure they do not begin counting after the time is over...they must be having a mechanism to check the trend before that.

They both got 9.053% votes which is 3,62,120 votes and for .001 increase is only 40 votes. Rajeev was 9.058% which is just a difference of 200 votes from them.

It is quite possible that they had less than 100 votes difference between them and it was equalled.
