Summer I could relate to that song so much when the movie came out as well as when Pankaj Udhas came to CA-US I went to see the show and he sang this one...When Daler Paaji mentioned abt him and his bros being in Berkley CA away from home and could relate to the song...I knew and felt what he was talking abt...😳

This song hits the nerves deeep down inside your heart just like shanker's song Maa from TZP 😳

During those days Letters were the only way of communication with your family one could afford as 3 min calls for $15 were quite expensive....COmmunication has come a looooong way...now so much is avail to us @ our finger tips...😃

I think Ranjeet is awesome! I love the texture of his voice...it's beautiful to listen to. My fav performances by him are "Kesariya Balam" and "Chithi Aayi Hai"...both touched my heart!👏👏👏

Ranjeet is such a phenomenal singer! Love his ghazals. 😳 I think he still needs to try a few more different songs to convince me he's versatile though, but i think he will prove me wrong very soon though 😃
