Agree with you on that front, i was very impressed with twinkle when she sang daiyya re, and her popularity rose sky high and since then her singing has been down the drains, till ID pulled her up publiclly. She sang the song from Alibaba aur 40 chor (Khatooba) pretty well.

I still prefer twinkle over Himani, but we will see how it pans out.

What days does sa re ga ma pa aire on tv in India?

I think it is aired on Thurs and Friday, but here we get it on Mon and Tues and of course we have have the uncensored version of the Mon and Tues episode on Sat or Sun afternoons

Nihira gave her best performance last 2 times when she performed "Chupke se Chupk se Chori se Chori" and beyond comparison "Hare Rama Hare Krishna"; this song she performed in 2 differenct pitches and it's one of the most difficult song to sing due to too many variations in the song.

I feel she is best amongst all other female contestants simply becuase her ability to sing different types of songs and at the same time has very clear voice. Many mentors have already mentioned to her as "Voice of the future" which is very true in every sense.

No they havent. Usha Uthup was Usha Iyer, and then usha iyer married Uthup and her current married name is Usha Uthup

The song is from Dev Anand production, Hare Rama Hare Krishna which launched Zeenat Aman. It was picturized on Zeenat and a whole bunch of reefer junkies.

If Nihira is "Nakhra Joshi", Himani is no less than a drama queen.....she falls sick one day & walks away with the"GREEN CARD"the next day fit as a fiddle....akhir ambulance ko green light to milna hi tha 😉.So much for her speedy recovery & bla bla!
