With Rajeev, it looked like a soap opera with dream sequences.
There was a post sometime ago about whether Zee is promoting Nihira. I feel like asking the same question about Rajeev. I do agree that he has a different voice and sings a lot better on a higher pitch but there was no reason to show that extra clip about Rajeev.
Still blown away by Nihira's performance, by the way. That was just awesome. Reminded me of the time when she sang "kehna hi kya". You go girl... 👏

Thanks for the update.. I thought Vineet sang awesome, he is a good singer and I don't think Aadesh should have reacted that way. All of these singers are working hard, performing week after week not knowing what their fate is. Give them a break!! Also, Nihara sang awesome this week, she totally blew me away!!

I didnt like Debojeet performance, looks like he screaming instead of singing.

and Vinit, who HR praises, can only sing if the track is changed to suit the way he sings.

Actually, Himani sang pretty well IMHO.
I dont know why HR made a big deal about Ujjaini's singing though. I did not like her singing and thought that she lost sur a few times. She's nowhere near the level of her rendition of the song from Black.

I just watched the episode here in the U.S. and I thought that the scores
were very strange. While Hemachandra (3, 3, 7) and Debojit (2, 5, 5) were
certainly not up to the mark, they were much better than other
contestants who got similar marks like Rajeev (3, 4, and 6) who is
constantly off key. While on Rajeev, enough about his cooking. If I
wanted to see someone cooking chow mein, I would turn on the Food
Network!

The Vinit contraversy was a little confusing but it is a fact that he did not
sing the song properly in the antara and the whole click issue arose
because there are no longer live musicians, Also did anyone else think
that his voice sounded weaker today? He did not deserve a higher score
than Sharib.

Sharib's (7, 8, 9) performance was probably the best of the evening so I
am not sure why he is going to be voted out. He was better than Vinit
who got higher marks.

Also why is Paresh (10, 5, and 9) getting such high marks? Does being in
tune not matter anymore? Even his mentor Himesh in one moment
seemed to imply that he was getting by on his good looks.

The scores for the girls seemed ok for a change. I am not sure that
Nihira deserved 10 as it seemed to me that the song was not perfect
unlike last week.

Not that I mean to insult any of the singers who are very talented to have
come this far.

I liked Twinkle's performance best. Very charmingly sung. Good to see her bound back after last week's awful outing.

Nihira was good, but once again I though she was over-praised.

Himani was quite solid as well.

Other than those 3, nobody else was really that good. Hema did receive lower ratings then he should have.

Sharib was definitely the best amongst the guys!!!

Debojit did not deserve so low scores. I thought he was as good or bad as the other male singers. I wonder why the mentors gave so low scores but did not explain. AS is not sporting, he was in foul mood all through and HR exposed AS's unfair bias by saying "what is the point you want to make?" AS should first judge Rajeev properly before he passes judgement on others. NIHIRA again proved her class. Ujjaini sang a lot better than earlier. Himani and Hema dissappointed. Among the male singers I thought Sharib was the best. Twinkle redeemed herself with a good performance. I was very dissappointed with AS. He needs to understand that he is not as great as he thinks he is.He should take things sportingly and not always be in confrontational attitude.

I missed this one. I'll see if any of my friend recorded it.
