Twinkle Twinkle little brat,
How I wonder what U'r at....what is she upto by the way 😉.She shld really focus on her singing now that the comp is getting tough.

Nihira is the creme of the lot....she lives up to her potential at the fullest....Ismail as a mentor only applauds his protege.....no room for partiality there.
u are entitled to u'r views but comparing Twinkle to Ashaji....no offence she's an apology to the likes of Asha Bhonsle 😆.Twinkle has the oomph but lacks the lustre & texture in her voice & she is not versatile to the extent of being able to render a Chalka re from saathiya or a kehna hai kya from Bombay a la Nihira.A good singer should be able to sing a difficult number with utmost ease.
Twinkle def has room for improvement though & needs to concentrate on her singing more at this stage since she is fairly good in performing.

To add to MrspetloverUS' comments, the schedule (before challenge2005) where Twinkle was a winner, she had actually claimed that JN was one of her favorite singers. I do agree that her voice has that kind of a quality. I would not want to see her sing a ghazal but IMHO, she could have carried off the title song from PTHHT because it was her kind of a song.
I still think she got carried away and did not concentrate on her singing.
Just my opinion so dont come down too hard on me 😆

Being a diehard fan and seeing the things in the right perspective are two different things altogether. Everyone wants his/her favourite to win but only the deserving one will eventually win (not in the present format may be, since it is all through SMS voting and focus is lost in judging the right winner). So do not blame everyone who criticises your favourite singer to be biased against him/her. The fact that you are defending Twinkle could also be labelled as being biased. Think over that.

I agree.. at first he was like.. jo dikhta hai wo bikta hai..

and anyone could see that she is deviating from her path from singing to stardom.. If he really wanted.. he could have told her that in person as opposed to on the stage.. i m sure she must have attempted that song in front of him at least once.. and that song is impossible for her pitch and voice quality.. he could have changed the song.. i m sure that she could have performed much better...

i think what ID did to twinkle on the show.. was pure mean.. i have somewhat lost respect for that guy.. simply coz he could have told her that in person as opposed to on national tv...

Well said nonny. NIHIRA is a class apart. In fact I think it is unfaoir to other singers that Nihira is competiing, She already sings like a pro. Twinkle may be a star, but not as a singer!!
