Chalo, naubat naheen aayee😆Hey, I am also waiting for Terrence darshan this evening😍
I am with Sarina. Or is she with me 🤔.......either way, we both are on the same wavelength on this topic at least. Now, if you start discussing that middleman Obama then ajnu and Sarina will be together with their fangs drawn out against me and that will make many little boats happily sail helter skelter in ecstacy 😆Mister K, being at a median is akin to sitting on the fence. You gotta get down that fence before it starts hurting real bad😛

i prefer discussions to debates... debates involve tactics, while discussions involve open mindedness imo

How do you perceive morality? What do you think of the questions OBJ posted related to morality, that is do you think there is complete morality? Personally, what do you identify with better in terms of morality, liberalism or conservatism? Do you agree with my perception that even with differing moral views, there is still a common ground of greater good/societal good?
What ultimately matters is the law of the land. You break the law and the cops will tell you whether your conduct is good or bad. In that sense, morals and ethics are well defined where applicable.
This means, we are assuming "subtle adherence or breakage" of law now and then when talking about morals. In which case, we need to talk specifics.
One specific we brought up was the question which addresses po*n and whether it's moral to watch it. It depends. There are one too many variables. For example, if a married couple uploads a video to the internet and I watch it, perverted as it seems, I do not think it is immoral. If a girl was forced into the s*x industry and I am watching it, doesn't matter if she's smiling or not, doesn't matter whether the whole thing looks like it's consensual or not, it is still wrong (immoral) on my part to watch it because, in a way, I am contributing to the trend. In a way, I am contributing to the "demand". I am aiding and abetting without a doubt.

Could you elaborate on your views on solipsism? Sometimes solipsism is confusing to me. Can solipsism exist or be proven? What if each person thought they were an solipsism, that is for each person, their mind is the only thing that exists - it is hard for me to wrap my head around it. Do you think that God is the one true solipsist?
This is a deep subject and can't be talked about flippantly. I accidentally stumbled upon the word when I was trying to Google with some really abstract phrases to find out if there's similar thinking out there for what's on my mind. And, lo and behold, I came across solipsism.
Its position is somewhat similar to Advaita Vedanta but where as Advaitans believe in three different levels of truth (Paramarthika, Vyavaharika , Prathibhasik) Solipsists believe that only perception exists and nothing else. It's as radical as radical could get.
At this point in my life, I have not dismissed OR embraced any one theory. I will continue searching for answers that make sense to my mind. What I believe in is that the answers are ultimately going to come from within and not from anyone else, be them from the past or the present or the future.
