I just hope when they announce the winner all hell does not break out as usual. The producers really need to improve that part of the show, and have a better control at and on that stage. Sure there is a lot of excitement then yet one never sees the winner of the Best Actor, Actress or Movie go nuts and turn the stage into a free for all when the results are announced at the Oscars or the Filmfare awards. The winner is 'X'. You think I'm jerking with you, but I'm not. I mean no one really likes waiting excruciatingly long for some childish hide and seek game played by grown ups"

The best thing. No one will react. They will all sit dumbfounded because they will think I am jerking with them.

That is not the crux of my post. What I was saying is that once the winner is announced no one pays attention to the awards presentation, or any other things being said on the stage. On the contrary all and sundry storm the stage and there is a near riot on it.

It is alright to display excitement with the announcement, but there is absolutely no need to behave in an unruly manner like a stampeding herd. Courtesy demands that the looser and winner be honored, and the honerable guests invited to present the awards be thanked. I am sorry, I am old school. Maybe this is the accepted code of conduct in this day and age. If it is, there is something drastically and fundamentally wrong. Thats all.

I know thats not gonna happen. My post is just my way on saying - lets get over with this money minting charade already. I mean in the end the show is extended and all celebrities are there for high ratings. Contestants gaye tel lene.

I agree with you BB, once the winner is announced it's a complete chaos everywhere, and the hosts are eventually forced to say good evening even before all the ceremonies are completed.

And there are actually people who grab the mike from one another and start saying their stuff[LOL[.

The 2nd runner up get's some attention, but the 1st runner up get's no attention, and all start going crazy after the winner.

All these sponsors come up, and start giving their gifts, and hosts have no control over them.
The finale of Dance India Dance was funny, they completely lost it in the end😆.

Thanks for this guru ji 😃 some of the replies are funny 😆 as minty ji said you don't really expect this much from kids of such age few years back from now!
