I also think it was all very cocky of HR first asking Vineeta to come and then ID calling back Joyeeta.. I guess everyone now is trying to be nice so that their gharana candidates get the public sympathy.. if you would have noticed, all the mentors were very nice to everyone in the brahmastra round.. !! quite unlike the rounds before

I know.. But I sometimes feel that it can be a disadvantage as well.. Some of the performances are slipping.. But the mentors always praise all the performances now... I would like to see my positive critique...

Thanks for the update! I am watching the show now, Salman is awesome, he really interacted with them!

i watched it..i heard that he was from UK and all..today was the first time i heard him talk...man! was i shocked or what!...he sang so good..his pronounciation was so good...and then i heard him talk in english...and i was 😲...

Ya, he was good. Salman was even taken away that someone who did not know Hindi that too long ago..could sing so well and speak Hindi. I think Paresh is a good singer and I hope he wins!

I just finished watching the Salman Khan/Brahmastra part two show here. Wow!! Talk about frank brown-nosing!!! I dont follow the hindi movie circuit very closely, and all I can conclude is Salman Khan must be real powerful in Bollywood, not just popular. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, including the established music directors made him sound like the second coming of Christ.Correct me if I am wrong, but is this not the same guy who went to jail for killing people by driving his car in a crowd?His antics were too distracting,and took attention away from the singing of the 6 contestants. I thought Aishwarya, Paresh and Ujjaini sang very well today.I just wish Salman Khan's appearance had been a little more low-key.

I agree that salman's presence did took away a lot from the contestants.....but he was the biggest star who has come to sgmp which is really lying low due to huge publicity of FG and II.....they had to do something to attract attention and this was their way........i do not quite agree with this way but i must admit that i enjoyed watching Salman (it obviously helps that he is my favourite film star).

The mentors did a little too much of butter polishing but i don't think it has got to do with the fact that he is powerful or not..i think they would have done the same if Aamir or shahrukh was there....Salman is suppose to be really helpful and a kind person (inspite of his black buck and car accident- it was not driving on the crowd but on pavement).

But lately i think SGMP is certainly detiorating because they are trying to compete with FG and II...and so they make their singers dance and sing and act...which is pretty pathetic most of the time.
