i suppose you like:

sonu's nasal, shrill voice when it goes in high pitch or his overdoing of everything
himesh's nose
sanu's super nose
udit's burpy singing
kk's nri accent
aatif's puberty teen nasal drunk warbly voice
shaan's odd singing and nasal voice
javed ali's weak voice

some of these singers are great, but they also have major drawbacks.

please... the old singers ESPECIALLY mohd rafi were the best ones. And believe me, I havent even grown up with them!

Mohd rafi's TALENTS were:
voice modulation according to the actor
heavenly voice quality with perfect timber
open throated singer
near perfect vocal range
expressions in his singing which make him still the most heard voice on radio
his ability to sing 6 songs in a day(all superhit), which can be equated to 20 or more songs in a day
versatility - could sing any genre

similar things can be said abt his contemporaries like kishore kumar and lata and asha ji.

im not blindly following the "old is gold" motto, there are fine singers like shreya today, but the singers from the 50's till the early 80's were the greatest of all time.

i doubt any of this seems like "talking":

please be open minded and listen with peace. then you'll realise who's the best

Hey Gangey Bhai your remarks are funny.
Perhaps Nevil means the genre of songs and style of singing rather than the voice quality.

You are talking about the God of singers.
