priyanka is a good singer no doubt, but she makes mistakes in singing....

Hemant needed to go. He is terribly nasal, I do not know what is the controversy. Until now the I find judging upto mark. Shalini is a great performer as well as singer. If we give it to Priyanka for her folk and sufi touch, we should also give it to Shalini for her pop touch.

I agree, they make a kid out to be something she's not. Why do they always do that? Whether its lil' champs or the adult show, we always have this one girl who they make out to be some ultra modern pop star. It annoys the heck outta me. This season we have Shalini, last season we had Suresh Wadkar's Chinmayee (I forget her name). In the adult show, we had Mauli in '07, Yashita in '09. And why is that these girls seem that way only on the SRGMP stage. I remember they showed an AV of Yashita and her brother, and Yashita was such an ordinary, simple, sweet girl in that video. I finally thought that I saw the real her. Why do the producers think that they need to have someone like this every season? Its extremely annoying, if you ask me, especially in a kids show. And Shalini's attempt at sexy moanings and groanings make me sick. Her performance on Friday was nice and sweet, she should focus on that genre. In fact, even her Jhoom Baba was good, but singing Zara Zara Touch Me was unacceptable.
