It's possible these episodes were taped early because chicken pox put the show behind schedule, while commitments to the celebrity guests had to be honored.

But how will this work when public voting comes into play? Will they have the public vote on a result that has already been taped? (That was a rhetorical question. Anything is possible, and nothing should be put past the producers. They've already made a complete hash of the show.)

I am still puzzled about the public voting... So far they havent started the voting... So I guess either they are not having the public voting until the wild card round, or until the top eight or six or whatever number they have decided.. And it's very easy to fool the janta with the public voting concept, which they have been doing for years with all their reality shows so far!! They can tape it and announce the so-and-so is eliminated based on public voting - it would be a 2-in-1 for them - fooling the contestant and the janta at the same time!! After all their voting terms and conditions do say that the final decision for elimination and winner is made by the producer of the show and the producer alone!!

That makes me horribly sad, I like Yashodan a lot. He has so much potential. Although one by one everyone will be eliminated, it is sad to see singers go out before their time is due. Some of the kids on the show right now will take a while to reach the point where he's at. Granted he may not be the best, but he's definitely up there.

What I don't understand is why eliminations are so shocking at this time. Public voting hasn't even started - then why are we getting so many shocks? At least when voting is in, we can blame the audience for not voting correctly, what do we blame now?

What's the point of voting for not-so-good ones - who cares then as to who wins?? 😉 I think they have made these kids to have an impact on a bunch of viewers already, so they will bring them in the WC round so that they will all get a lot of votes - more money in the Zee bank and more dreams for the WC contestants and their families!! They want to make sure that they have some real good ones for the WC round so that it will give those episodes more TRPs and more votes plus money for Zee! They are playing it safe, as they know that if the bad ones are eliminated first and then brought back in the WC round, not many people will bother to vote!! When the good ones are in and the bad ones are already out, why vote to get two more bad ones return? 😉 😃

They are eliminating the average ones while still hanging on to the below average ones. It should be a no brainer for the public to pick the winning candidates in this case.
