yea but thing is they dont come here that often..

anyway since its so MIA now it wont be fair to them to have short motw's would it, so roll over is better...

Congrats Joe..I think there are few members like Varsha di, Gauri, Bruno and others who were LOIF before could be MOTW.

loif is pretty much the same as motw dude... imo we should have the roll over till more members come.. look at the past motw 40 - 80 which is quite less...
