1.Get ransom money.
2. Buy cheese. Smelly cheese.
3.Use the smaell of the cheese to knock out the guards at raj bhavan, or wherever the prime minister lives.
4.Enter the prime minister's room with a slab of smelly cheese.
5.Give him the ultimatum speech:
"Yo fool, give Rafi saab the bharat ratna or else!"
6.Wait for the day Rafi saab gets the ratna!
7.Eat smelly cheese remaining(if any) to get rid of evidence.
8.Mission accomplished.
