Hi friends I have written a lot of poetry on this forum and it does take time and lot of thinking (some times I miss out on discussions as I am thinking and writing, and the reason is I dearly love all my friends), but this time I am going to do some thing new, some thing comical and intended for fun (and I am sure no one is going to get upset). I am going to post one shair at a time and will start with the senior members. I need permission of all you to do so.

I'm lost in this thread now. Haven't been much today --- okay, I need to vent. Taking cars in for service is such a pain in the butt. Mechanics find a girl like me who doesn't know the ABCD about what actually runs a car and hand me a $700 bill. GRR. I mean, c'mon what the heck are brake rotors? And how am I supposed to know that? Cal-Gal, here's your MOTW question --- what are brake rotors and why did I just pay $300 for them. 😆

Geez, my whole day passed by arguing with brainless mechanics. Called me to tell me the total is $700 --- had to drive back up there to give him a piece of my mind. I walked out with my keys in my hand --- only paid $225. Its funny how persuasive one can be in person. 😉😆

Anyways, on the plus side you give them two sweet words, and they melt like butter ... adding in a bunch of "free" services. 😆

Now, I've been told there's an oil leak in the car ... that doesn't sound good. Oh dear. Why wasn't I told that along with driving you have to learn to deal with mechanics as well. 😆

@Cal-Gal --- you're lucky I was busy today. 😛
