and remember ... he is only 17 ... he has age with him ... his voice will only improve with time ... his diction(if ever there seems to be a problem ????) will only improve with time ... his reputation will only increase with time ...

i am sure to see him someday in Bollywood, Tollywood, Kollywood and all other woods ....

If Udit Narayan/Kumar Sanu/Adnan Sami can sing a song in Telugu/Tamil with their heavy hindi accent and have super hits ... if SPB can sing superhit Hindi songs ... Hema CAN as well ... whats the hoopla about accent ... it beats me ... IMO ...

Well said, applauses MrsPetLoverUsji!! We should think as people who belong to one big country called India. I expected people on the forum to at least have unbiased attitude towards singers; I am proved wrong! Sunsha, why don't you for God's sake accept that pronounciation is only a small problem which can be corrected easily in a month or two after taking appropriate lessons.

sunsha point taken ... its not that one is taking the criticism personally ... its just that we are dying to see a reason in criticism ... thats all !!! ;)

This is not a competition between great singers.. its a competition between would be great singers..

so all the singers in competition have some drawbacks..

Though Hema is my favourite to win.. i agree he has some diction probs but .. you cannot expect him to have a perfect diction as he is not grown up in north speaking hindi... You have to appreciate he has come up this far.. Anyway, how much time will it take to improve diction.. well todays best singers Kumar sanu and udit are not grown up speaking hindi perfectly..

No offence vinet fans.. vinnet is a good singer.. but his voice is not mature enough to sing all songs (hem,debo & sharib voices will suit more songs).. he may be more suited for Himesh kind of songs(pop and rock) for very young heros.. there's lack of melody in his voice

If you observe Debo talking in hindi with his own accent.. hem's hindi is better than him.. however if you come to balance of singing.. ie (voice+diction) Debo is better than both hema and vineet..

So guys Let the best voice win ....

Read in an other post a WILD GUESS that Hem is OUT ... how absurd ...

we saw the RDX episode yesterday in UK ... barring the mix up with the track ... i thot he sang beautifully ... my buck still on Hem

'Vinit has the voice, has the temperament, has the talent, has the basic music sense(having played so many instruments),has proved with his singing of Bulla Ki Jana,how versatile he is...and above all, as I understand from reviews(of SLB's episode) that he sang the best...what more does one want.
