In C2007, there were just 5 good singers.. Amanat, Aneek, Poonam, Mussarat and Raja.. None others could even sing by maintaining their scale and sur.. I remember the earlier rounds where except for these I couldn't hear anyone.. They were soo besura... This year we have some real good talent.. Those who got eliminated are also good singers... We have great pool of talent this year..

Just wait for Agnipariksha and you will get to listen to the best performances, though I believe its already begun...

I think Junaid was very much one of the bests until the 14 finalists were selected. Then he started going down for don't know what reason, but before that he was VS' best contestant.

Anyhoo, I agree with the topic...I don't know which batch is more talented, but I can't connect with these the way I did with some of my faves last year...I don't feel any sort of attachment to any of the contestants.

I agree C-2009 doesn't stand up to the par of C-2007, I don't see the chemistry between the singer's and there guru's. Also, not happy witht the nonsense going on with the guru's. I also don't feel the connections like many of you.

I feel like watching C-2007 again!!!! I only watch C-2009 because of ADI...

i think once they get the 2 wildcard contestants, they'll have the TOP 12 and then the show will take a huge turn! Hopefully!!
