They could have used other ways to make him smile.

More than smiling he was getting nervous due to all that teasing part.. Maybe he wasn't even understanding how to react to that complete thing.

If you notice the two days they made fun of him his performances weren't that great..

We have seen Adnan smiling and even laughing esp during that matka phoding jury challenge 😆 .. He can smile naturally, not by forcing like this, that too by mocking !!

Yes. Even I noticed that.
