how to watch the sky prog. plz help

hi can anyone help me plz
i cant update my profile
it shows every thing unknown
even though i update its goes back to same word unknown

I'm wondering if something can be done about the formatting problems? Some people, when copy/pasting, are having issues with the punctuation, all the marks such as (' " ,) etc. appear as question marks.

I am having problems logging in mainly from my home computer, every time I log in the page refreshes but doesn't log me in. Problem has been going on for the past 3 days I have written an e-mail to security and sent PMs

Try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. Close the browser and try again.

Um, yet another issue. Some members are having problems accessing buddy lists. Is there something up with that?

Mine is working perfectly fine, but I'm just curious for the others' sake. I've been asked about it too, wasn't sure how to help...
