First of all heartiest congratulations to you for leading and bringing IF to where it is today ! If I am not mistaken, next month is the anniversary month of IF. In this short span, the dream project of one person has become the home of more than 300000 + members and I am sure it will continue growing.

As far as advancement and improvement goes, IF is surely on the right track surpassing the expectations of all and it is surely moving in the right direction to sustain its popularity... best of luck for all future endeavors !

I have a suggestion. Can there be a Mansion Archive in " Rules and Announcement section" in the important topic location which will archive all the important announcement links and be a one stop shop for all important threads.?

Now we have many threads in the important topic category in that section and there are 26 pages of announcements. At the rate you are adding features and improving the site, there will be many more such threads of importance adding up very soon. So an archive if present and updated regularly can solve so many problems and amke navigation so much easier.

I had a suggestion: Is there any possibility that The red/green icon could be shown in our pms also..??
Like when u get a pm..u can know if the person is online or offline by seeing the red/green icon...just like we see on our posts..?? 😛

earlier, had a major problem... i was not able to register in the site... may be the institution connection doesnt support the cookies... i was trying for nearly 15 days to register... later, i registered from my home connection... later, i got another problem... i was not able to sign into my account... i will login... but i will not have entered into my account... later, i deleted all my cookies and reinstalled my browser...
Many times, i face cookie problem with the site... is this the problem faced only by me????? i wonder... does the login cookie expire so soon????

i like this two steps..
b) Validating email accounts of each members. One email can be linked with one member account only. Duplicates email IDs will be removed from the system so that more meaningful usernames are freed for other members to grab.

c) Inactive accounts with Zero posts and who have not returned to the forum will be sent an automated email to reactivate their account in 15 days and after which it will be deactivated and deleted.

also, in many forums... we find many advertisement post put on by the newbie... how does it happen... by chance or intentionally they put... it is great problem...

1 suggestion tht i think u cna ponder abt it tht cudnt there be a way to get informed abt the PMs we get, becuz until we dont refresh the pages we dont know if we've actuallu gotten a PM and sometimes wen im watchin a video i forget to check...so like a pop up to inform us of the new PMs we get when we havnt refreshed the page or tht the page refresh itself it is inactivated.

i hope u understand wat i mean...
