Please think about allowing members to delete/deactivate their accounts, or at least letting us have an option. I have been trying to get in contact with DTs for months, but no response. It would be really great if such an option is added.

Its 242 GB as of today (text data). However we are preparing to grow 10x from here in a years time.

I am disappointed on how my PMS on bullying by the administration of the site are always unanswered. I have been IF for so long and it feels abs heartbreaking to see a site I love go down the drains .

Deactivation of account is easier but deletion is a challenge due to how forums is structured.

Reason deleting user forum posts is a challenge cause all the posts are linked to the first post and deleting that will make all the responses to that post inaccessible.

For example:

If I created a topic with a question and I got over 50 responses. And all of a sudden I want my post to be deleted it will impact those 50 responses too as without the context of the first post its hard to understand the responses. And as a member I would not like to lose my post due to someone else deleting their account. If you have suggestions which solves this problem we can certainly look into it.

So personally I recommend members not to share any personally identifiable information on the forums.
