Coming to the issue I have forwarded your Post to Saraa and she should be looking into it. But you need to be patient as they have a backlog which needs to be cleared serially.

And another huge problem is that we were using this different buddy list to PM before ANY of these rules were implemented so strictly. Now the PM buddy list (over 600) is different from my regular buddy list (over 800)
And if by some chance i lose out on that ancient PM account I will lose the whole buddy list too.

Thus can we specifically openly register our PM accounts on a thread and seek permission to use them with the explicit agreement that we will not be using that for anything else other than PMing related activities for our stories and other creative content?

Seriously 20 people per PM limit is making it extremely hard too..
