no maddy...nobody will be sending bllons to ny1...Admin will act as a quiz master, n we all are participants...no balloons in transit...we dont send questions to any one. instead we answer thm in given time.
is it not very simple?

not on fingers..... moving one stone. with one right answer and if wrong answer movig 2 stones to opposite direction if pending moving down wards up reclamied moving up wards.. if huh i hope you understood clearly
