BABA ATAL

A nine-storeyed tower, built in memory of Atal Rai (D. 1628), a son of Hargobind, is called Baba Atal. Atal Rai died at nine. He was called 'Baba' (an old man) head over young shulders. The tower was built between 1778 and 1784. It is the only of its kind in the city with 108 ft. height.

In a school, 500 students voted on each of two issues. Of these students, 375 voted in favour of the first issue, 275 voted in favour of the second, and 40 students voted against both issues. How many students voted in favour of both issues?

I hope I am right because when I first did it the ans came out as 230. But I did it again it comes out 190.
Here is an expalnation:
460 students voted in favor of some issue.
460-375 = 85 voted only for second issue.
460 - 275 = 185 voted only for first issue.
So, 85 + 185 = 270 students voted for only one issue either first or second.
460 - 270 = 190 voted for both issues.

The Boston Public Library was established in 1848. It was the first publicly supported municipal library in the United States.
1848 is not an option, so maybe try 1847. I remember getting this qs. when in the first round of this 'kontest' and had answered it correct. But I don't remember anymore.

By the way Pam, keep playing the game as long as you are having fun and learning something new.
Also, did you answer the brain qs. I am really curious when my brain stopped growing.
