okie...the person has 24 hours to answer if they don't the balloon will splash on them...but your balloon count will stay the same...

yeah it splashes on the reciever and their count increases..

i cant open the contest page either....

at this rate i'll be surprised if i ever manage to get my count less than 190... 😆
