i am giving correct answers but my balloon count is not going down, y is that?
n if another person responds correctly to my balloon, does baloon come back in my tub.

Your count going down, depends on others answering your questions correctly. Also if you answer the question wrongly then your count goes up by one for each question.

When I answer a question correctly, if the balloons don't decrease - why should I bother to answer a question at all? No incentive for right answer? Only get a balloon added for incorrect answer???? Thats not right. I am not going to answer any more questions sent to me.
