It's Very Simple Vaishu...!!
For Example If You Want To Block Me...Than Just Delete Me In You Friends List First, If I am There & After That Write My IF ID In Adding Column & Click On "Add To Block List" Option..Member Will Block..
Than You Can Check..Just Click on "Blocked" Option...!!

It's Temporary.."Upload Picture" Option Will Come Back Soon With Other Options Like "PM" & "My Posts" Options In Profile...
