Is the ranking by the number of fans that have? or how is the ranking determined?

I have two matters and I hope you will solve both of them.

First:

My question is written in above picture. I just want to know how we suppose to rank our favorite celebrities ?

Second:

Shilpa Anand have the highest number of fan following on IF among all actress but still she is not in your most popular celebrity list nor on celebrity list as well. And we never got to understand it Why ? She should be on most popular celebrity list as according to her highest number of fan following, she truly deserve to be there. We had said this before as well but no action had been taken and I hope now action will taken and we will able to see our favorite actress at her right spot.

I hope you won't disappoint us.

Sooo agree with this!! I DON'T understand how Shilpa Anand is 0 when she has more fans on her fanclub then Gauri.. :s

Shilpa is a lot mentioned on IF still and has many fans all around!

She should be there and i really do not understand how you are ranking!

This ranking thing is pretty confusing. There is no reason shilpa anand shouldn't be on tht list since she has the most number of fans for a female celeb......

i completely agree with you,hiten has been the backbone of the tv industry with hits like kutumb ,kunki ,and many more serials,to his name let alone he has countless of fans in india who does not use the internet and all over the world , i can't understand how come he is not in the top four, this is very unfair to hiten fans in india and all over the world
