I think its kind of a Fashion these days on IF to oppose every step, every action, every new thing that is being done here.

O deary me!!!!! Latest fashion????😲😲😲 I beg your pardon! may be a little HW and research is required before making such allegations!

For a forum of this stature and size one would expect the devpt. team and the admin to look into the matter before passing a judgement!!

there have been differnces of opinion in many a case let me list a out a few

the handling of certain sections on this forum,

the abuse of the forum by some miscreants,

the putting up of new version without taking into account any of the feedback given by the members
new theme had errors and we all went on breaking heads but they still remain and show every day even TODAY!! ( I get a buddy list pop up which drives me insane as am unable to access it and ubable to remove it too )

the feel good survey form

the bolly wood curry etc.

the latest being these awards

I think they all go a long way back and not 'these days'. You all say its a forum for members but feedbacks of members is the last thing that is taken on board.

Why you all have become so "Particular" about everything .

Opinions regarding the afore mentioned areas (listed above) have always been raised, but all our pleas fell on deaf ears.

On the contrary , the way I view it is: The devpt team has suddenly has woken up now from its deep sleep and has responded in this Particluar instance!! T ill date it was which the devpt team hardly even cared to respond to our probs. BUt members like me just carreid on as we were here to interact with friends and have a laugh!

About shows and nominations, have patience the site will be up soon on IF then you all can vote,if WISH TO .

Thanks for driving home the point by each and everyone of you. but when the updated site is not there I dont get the need for this old one being posted. sorry but the last part of the above mentioned line is not an expression members would love hearing from the devpt team.

There is no compulsion to vote though . The decision lies with you all. YES WE ARE AWARE OF THAT as time and again this is being hammered into us

I am really greatful to your indepth analysis of the whole of IF, must have taken it really long 😊anyways i think this topic is about Awards so lets stick to it please😊any problem with IF or the way its being handled these days you are free to pm the respective dev team of the section, but still you think people are not hearing you then please post your feedback in rules and regulation Forum ,my humble request

I dont know what or who is The "Guiding Force" behind your extra care for IF or extra concern towards its well being.We really appreciate your concern though ,actually we need members like you .😊maybe because you love IF with heart and soul right?😳

Oh and sorry i dint know that you were already aware of the fact that you do not have to vote on gun point,so do excuse me for the same.😊

This announcement is of 9th Nov and the awards are scheduled after 15 days. If the website is STILL not updated, what can we say?😕. We had been intimated of the Nominations earlier with Sanjeeda's name on it. But after we put up the TB article, we got to know that there were few changes in the nomination list. To be frank, after changing it, TB team had put a clarification for the readers in the comments. Kindly go thro' the same..

👏👏👏 How can you expect us to go through 266 comments to find TB's clarification. This is age of "Service" madam, so its duty of TB to put up a note on the article itself. You cannot post a comment on page 20 and expect everyone to find it and read it.

Please do not spoil the atmosphere here.. We would be forced to take serious actions against those posting derogatory comments here... Let peace prevail..

👏 Since when has questioning become "Spoiling atmosphere"😲. Can you tell me what "peace" are you talking about? Has there been a bomb blast or terrorist attack on IF😆. You are "Admin" and let me give you million dollor advice free of cost - "Customer is King " and in service industry like IF, its more important to be nice than being important !!!! And you are welcome if you need more management / Customer Relations fundas, that too free of cost 😊

In case its still not clear to the respected Development team that why are we protesting here, let me tell you one thing, whenever there is an award and the nominations are announced, we all discuss and debate in our respective forums. But this time, IF is invloved as a voting partner and we want to give feedback to everyone connected with the awards that this nomination list is NOT acceptable to majority of members.

Find ONE positive comment in the TB article , if you can😕. Its not possible that EVERYONE is dissatisfied with the list. Usually some people are satisfied, but in this case, its a clear verdict that the nomination list is autrocious.

So the argument that "we can't keep everyone happy" goes down the drain coz no one is happy here...

Wow! This response is chock-a-block of sarcasm, disparaging the author of technological incompetence, and exceedingly as well as immaturely cynical. Coming from a CM that is such a disgrace.

Anyway, I thought i pitch in my two cents becasue here I see a genuine hitlarism and you know it is banned in most part of the world. You know that right? Gosh! Do you?😆

Let me get back to the real issue now :

1) IF is media partner of Platinum awards

2) It posted a nomination list that majority disagree with

3) We objected to the nominations here and were told that IF has no role in the nominations

4) We agreed that we fully understand this. All we want is to show our displeasure to the concerned people through IF

5) Time and again, some DT members are calling people who are protesting as "peace-breakers" and trying to elephant-stampede our peaceful protest.

6) If india-forums has no role, why are the DT members trying to justify the nomination list ?😕

All we expect fro DT is a simple assurance that "We understand that most members are not satisfied with the list, we will let the organisers know about it". Its as simple as one statement !!!!!
