Indu's hostel room:
Indu assures Sanchi that for her and her father's happiness he'll do everything that a good husband is supposed to.. He'll do these things through hardwork and not by any wrong means. Sanchi tells him that for that promise, she'll give him a surprise. She asks him to close his eyes and gives him a peck on the cheek. He blushes and catches hold of her waist and tells her that he'll give her a surprise now. He makes her close her eyes and then shuts the door. When he turns around, Sanchi is not there, she's standing near the door. She tells him that this is the university and this is not the place for romantic surprises. Before Indu can convince her, she goes away laughing.
Campus:
Sanchi goes to Indu's gang and gives them money to repay the students. She admonishes them for spoiling Indu and themselves through all this brotherly love. The gang tries to tell her that the students gave money of their own accord but she sees through their lies. She warns them to do as she says or else...! (wonder what she thinks she can do!)
Inside the College Building:
Mehek comes down the stairs with a friend discussing a book. Sanchi comes and thanks her for her great advice due to which Indu and she were able to get over their differences. Mehek is very happy for Sanchi and tells her that Indu will not trouble her again. Sanchi thanks her again.. So Mehek asks for a treat in return and they head towards the canteen.
Canteen:
Sanchi asks Mehek where Abhimanyu is. Mehek says that its so late and he still hasn't turned up. Sanchi says that Abhi and Indu are alike and they must be kept in control! Mehek laughs and says that she'll keep Abhi in line very soon. She calls up Abhi to find out where he is.
Abhimanyu's room:
Abhi is getting ready to leave but Roop has still not given him breakfast. He gets Mehek's call and assures her that he's coming soon. Roop enters with breakfast but Abhi rebukes her for coming late and tells her that he's going to meet his girlfriend and he's not hungry. He leaves and Roop gets angry. She says that she slaved to make his food.. Now she'll only eat it!
Near the campus's parking area:
Sanchi is waiting for Indu to take her home. She calls him and he tells her that he's on his way. A first year student approaches Sanchi and tells her that the required books are unavailable in the library and he can't afford to buy them. Sanchi assures him that she'll do her best to help him. He leaves and Sanchi says to herself that as the President of the university, she still has to do a lot for the welfare of the students. Indu comes and they both leave.
Outside their house:
Roop sees InSa come on their bike. She is drying clothes in her balcony. She purposely drenches them with all the soapy water. Indu shouts at her and Sanchi calms him down and takes him in to change. Roop laughs.
Living area of Mathur Niwas:
InSa change and come down for tea. Veena curses Roop's behaviour. Sanchi notices the cold vibes between TCM and Indu and tries to distract TCM by telling him that she's going to collect funds from the students to buy books for needy students. TCM lauds her idea and subtly taunts Indu. A man comes to the door for Indu. He offers Indu Rs. 25000 to vacate a shop that he had given for rent but now wants back. He tells Indu to beat up the shopkeeper as well. Indu yells at the man and sends him away saying that he has stopped doing all such illegal jobs. The man tells him that hadn't he recently done the same for the man's brother in law? But Indu shoves him out the door and goes upstairs to his room. Sanchi is happy to see Indu turn a new leaf. She goes upstairs too.
InSa's room:
Indu laughs to himself that he did a good 'nautanki' in front of Sanchi and TCM! He's going to do the 25K job!! He was only acting downstairs. He calls up Guddu, gives him the details of the job and tells him to do it without Sanchi's knowledge. Sanchi enters and hears just the end of the conversation. Indu is worried that she may have heard everything but she just hugs him and thanks him for keeping his word and upholding her respect in front of everyone. She tells him that she's proud of him. Indu's expression is guilty but he assures her that he'll do anything to keep her happy.

Precap:
Sanchi welcomes her father in the house and tells him that they're all going out for dinner. But TCM sadly informs her that he has lost his job.
