As you guys said it already, the negetavity in the show is high and puts of viewers. Today, people watch most of the time love-stories, in which they get loads of positivity. In Pratha there's also a love story, but on this love fell the grey shades of honor killing etc... But then again, the soap shows things, which also happens in real life, honor killing happens even today in many places. Therefore I think it's good, that they are showing something like that and not a typical romance, where everything is all right and so on. TV industry should in fact show the bad aspects in our world, in our society, too, because we can't close our eyes for this themes.
As the trps are concerned, I too don't think, RSBP will be on the top 1, coz most of the viewers just don't like the concept, no matter which actors are part of the show. Right now, I think, Geet is on the top 1 and Geet is such a love story I mentioned above, with fights between the couple, an ex-husband to interfere and then a happy reconciliation of the main couple again etc... (no offence to anyone, who likes it, I too watch it sometimes, though I don't like it that much 😆)
But that's the problem, most of the audience want to see an only love story and other shows, which too have an amazing concept and a lot of potentiality, don't get enough attention. What can we do? Therefore I think, trps don't always show, which serial is the 'hit' and we all know, how good our RSBP is, we don't need to be on the top1 (though it would be fantastic 😃), top10 does work too 😆
