Dwindling ratings of rkc?!!

Guys, in the IF article on time slot and its importance in the scheme of shows.. there is a mention of dwindling ratings for rkc and how this new time slot of 8 pm may help it.
My question - what is the TRP and is it declining? If not, IF is once again upto it's usually tactics of biased opinionated reporting of shows

The trp for last week was 0.7. Its not declining but remaining constant. I dont think it ever went above 1 yet. Quite good for that time slot
