You can't use even narottams blood because he is not satrupa s son,n he is not 17yr old..you can't even use vatsalyas blood(imagine he is alive) because he is male...So only malpractice one can do in order to make a fake positive result is to influence the doctor n ask him to report the Negative result as positive.
Every thing is possible in hindi serial... And here it is about unusual doubt.. It is not so big matter...
