You can't use even narottams blood because he is not satrupa s son,n he is not 17yr old..you can't even use vatsalyas blood(imagine he is alive) because he is male...
So only malpractice one can do in order to make a fake positive result is to influence the doctor n ask him to report the Negative result as positive.

Every thing is possible in hindi serial... And here it is about unusual doubt.. It is not so big matter...

After watching their tom & jerry play 4 swapping blood sample, I come to believe that every thing is possible... 😆
