I am pretty sure she knows there's a possiblity her own daughter or somebody within the Lal Mehal or outside of it will try to interfere with the test. What if she just let Anami and Pujan play his cards well to ensure they are over-confidant. Giving them a false sense of security in their fool proof plans...

What if, she was the one who decided at the end which sample goes to the police for DNA test. What if Anami's blood sample was kept separate from the very beginning and only place when all of the key players have had their chance to tamper with it as much as they like...how awesome would that be!
