About credibility of hospital ...well its Bihar ... if you have heard about the recent news from UP about new born's death due to lack of oxygen supply ... this is not so impossible ... Esp since such cases with CBI and police involved, private hospitals cant he allowed so it has to be govt hospital ... and condition f govt hospitals are pretty pathetic in rural as well as urban India ...
