Ratan us not in love with diya at this point nor he cares for her deeply as caring deeply is what preceded love ..
What ever little he does her us bcos of gratitude that's what he himself mentioned many times ..compared to what u did what I do is little those words mean gratitude and it's not deep care
Bcos if gratitude he is not able to reject diya outright ..not bcos he deeply cared for her ..
When he becomes unselfish and becomes adaptable that's the day he starts lioving diya in this soap ..
May be he will also fall in love with her and at the same time love her it's possible too if he becomes unselfish in future
