Yeah she knows that he doesn't love her but she is hoping that he might give another chance to their relationship after knowing about her feelings for him..

As per this video this scene turned out to be much better than what was shown on OLV's ...also may be they shot the scene differently so as to show the viewers that Diya is not trying to force herself on Ratan ...she just wants a chance to make this relationship work.

Also one think i liked about Diya in this video is that she is ready to face rejection but still want to express her love for Ratan so that latter in life she does not repent that why did she fail to say three magical words to her love.
