Samar says he did not see anyone. Everyone is surprised. Police ask Jia why did she tell everyone that Samar had seen the attacker. Jia says it was a trick she thought perhaps the attacker will panic and do something and will come out in the open. Ruby thinks of going top the hospital.. She and Gyan come face to face but Gyan does not see her. Devyani yells at Shekhar for being heartless. Netra defends shekhar. Devyani tells Gyan that she does not want to stay in that house but Jia does not let her go. Netra thinks that how could she use the situation to her advantage. She tells Gyan and Shekhar that the reason behind Jia saying that Samar was attacked was because she wanted to frame Shekhar.
