Yes Yes I know there's still another month to go and before KaYa re-unite with each other for the rest of their lives on the wedding anniversary of Anita and Sudhir, they have a long painful battle to fight, But it surely doesn't diminish my happiness for today even by a bit!!

My babies are finally HITCHEsD...well atleast more than half way there! 😉 And it just makes my heart swell with emotion...Did I ever imagine these two moving so ahead in life that they would be taking the sacred vows of nuptial and will be seen planning "who will sleep on the sofa after fight" 😆 HELL NO!! I never did!! Rather I never even expected we would get such an amazing, romantic and such meaningful courtship of KaYa!! ❤️

And thus as I saw them tonight, promising to be each other's better-halves and soulmates for the rest of their lives, it just amazed me how long these two have come. Just like Ananya said in the episode day before yesterday, Kabir Sharma was the same man who didn't even spare a look at this girl during their first meeting. But yes he did stop by and almost instinctively, passed a smile. It was a sign! Their destinies had been written...their hearts right in the way of cupid's arrow!!

Their journey started with a bang!! And why not...both were ahead of each other, in every way. While her admiration for him stemmed quite obviously from the virtual connection she had made with him almost 8 years ago through that one article of his supporting her father, His reasons to be hooked were all the more interesting. She was his replica soul...his spitting image or more precisely the spitting image of the once existent free-spirited Kabir Sharma. Her fieriness, her bravery, her sheer rawness, for him it was a mirror to his real soul, the soul that existed beneath the scarred one. For him, it felt so much easier to cherish his true self just by looking at her, much easier than looking within. In no time, she became his favorite stupid reporter and he was no longer just a lucid dream for her, she could see and live him in flesh and blood. Along with his goodness and idealism, she could now live his naughtiness, his li'l taunts, his nakhre and his akhadpan all at once, and dude wasn't it just like a tequila dropped in glass of milk for her? 😉 She was on a high and so was he.

They were just going on a perfect pace, the swag and tashan was setting up the stage, the professional tuning and sach ka fitoor just struck the right chords, but much before all of it could do some wonders, a li'l roadblock made their journey take a different route altogether - It was a going to be Detour of a LIFETIME! ❤️ And the name of the road-block was - The famous Dr. Sinha Case. For the first time the knight was in distress, the Hero needed a Hero. And the case became the biggest stepping stone of the next phase of their relationship. When no one, absolutely no one stood up for him, she went on to show BLIND trust in his truth. She not just stood up for him, but made genuine efforts to set him free of his problems...to prove to the world that no matter what, her HERO can never be wrong and for a man like him, it just meant the world to him! Her support was no less than doobte ko tinke ka sahara to him, she had rescued him, not by saving him from the mud slinging (he was already too immune to what the world thought of him), But by standing up for him and thus securing his dwindling faith in love and relationships. After ages he had known what it felt to have someone by your side. For the first time someone was there to hold his hand in the darkness and guide him to light. The MAN was ecstatic, numb, indebted and what not - The token of which he gave to her in the form of the ever memorable HANDSHAKE He had pursued her, In ever way - As his Teammate, His Better Half, And as The Missing piece of the puzzle of his life. And while for him the experience of her company was as new and refreshing as the morning dew, for her, being allowed to do something for him meant so much. He was no longer a dream but her ground reality. Their rishta had started transforming from one-sided idol worship to an equal bond of give and take, a bond of mutual trust and friendship.

Time passed and many changes came in their professional equation. They fought, they had conflicting opinions, they even made each other jealous and hurt when the other denied the right to pursue each other. But amidst all this he learnt the biggest lesson of his life. Even fighting with him, she made him learn how feelings and humanity can sometimes outdo almost any ambition, any power and any success. The lesson was simple, he himself was once a preacher of it and in no way it had to take him too long to accept his mistake. Afterall thats what attracted him to her in the first place, she was just like his shadow, his twin flame.

Till know he had known and accepted that he simply needed her to be with him as his team and his professional better half, by hook or by crook. But again destiny played its cards and the two were thrown to face death together as part of the case that required them to interview a baghi. As they say adversity brings out the best in man, it did the same for them. With their bravery, patience, intelligence, trust and mutual care and attachment, they managed to steer out of a near death scenario, carrying in their hearts some forever moments of togetherness. Moments that just belonged to them...whose essence and memories they ought to cherish in every happy and sad moment of life, till the end of time. They became friends and he was loving it. His dinners were no longer alone, her messages would give him sweet company, Her spectacled eyes now knew how beautiful they were, his vision made her look at herself in a new light. For her, his hero was no longer just an ideal image but a person who existed in her life, and made it all the more beautiful with his presence. With his nok-jhoks, with his care, with his support, with his naughtiness and most of all with his willingness and desire to include her in his life.

Though their newly found friendship suffered a jolt with his revelation about her father's past, the unwanted separation made them come closer. Closer than ever. The excruciating pain of staying apart forced him to bare his soul to her. He was ready to leave behind himself all his past, his shortcomings, his ego, his bruises and scars, just for her! And she! She had now almost loved him since the beginning of forever. She had got much reasons to not trust him or stay away, be it her mom, her friends or his share of alleged affairs or his divorcee status, But none of them ever deterred her from loving him and they didnt do it even then. They confessed and now the two were together, this time for LIFE <3

So much came along during this whole journey of theirs, the bitter chapters of his past got opened, the painful reality of his bruised and scarred soul was revealed to her, they made mistakes and even hurt each other, they even shared the most romantic and intimate moments with each other, they accepted each other with all their scars and darkness. They learnt how much they still needed to know each other, they got to know each others weaknesses, they claimed each other in front of family and the world. And most of all they weaved some beautiful dreams of a future together, they promised to stay happy together and made constant efforts to ensure all of it...so much so that even DEATH couldn't keep them apart. And hence LIFE pursued them and brought them where they are tonight. 😳

Together, hand in hand, amidst the blessings of family and cheer of friends, their rings of promise wrapped sacredly around each other's finger, her head rested on his shoulder, his lips sealed on hers, and souls knit together!

I wonder if it can get any more BEAUTFUL!! 😳 Isnt this the most perfect culmination ever! The culmination to a couple not made in heaven but on earth, made with the efforts of friends, with the love of family, with the mistakes that were human and LOVE unearthly!! ❤️
