Thank you Lizzie, I am not a regular serial watcher either, I haven't watched even one snow from start to end ;). Even this show, I was only watching off and on for the first 30 odd episodes.

Liked the whole reporting aspect and like you pointed out how in sync Kabir and Ananya seemed to be. But Kabir's lack of involvement and his impassive look throughout somehow didn't get with me. He didn't seem to be as passionate about the story or the denouement. The ending seemed too much fairytaleish to me.. Ananya works wonders, tracks down the family and gets them to apologize too in a matter of 2 hours! Wow! But all in all, a very relevant concern and kudos to Reporters for putting it across.

Yes, Kabir had his professional mode on during this reporting. It does happen with him often, he isn't as expressive as Ananya when it comes to reporting. The ending looked too fake to me, because the son and DIL who didn't bother about the lady for 7 long years, having a change of heart in such a short time, IMPOSSIBLE!!. Most probably they apologised just to save the thief face on the national television.

And yeah, agree about the "Jai Hind" seeming forced. I was actually happier with the lack of personal element in this episode and the lack of Shreya as a result. With that story going nowhere isnt it better to focus on other things 😛

I know, I like K-A interacting strictly on professional grounds at times. That make them look more real.

I do think they're still writing (or figuring out) that past storyline hence the delay in revealing it. Or after all this hype they might've scratched what they'd planned earlier for something more sensational. Who knows!

Lol the Jaihind part did look forced..especially when Manav said it with his OTT expressions.

Somehow Ananya going to meet the old lady though was a great idea don't you think she snatched the whole idea from Manav. .agreed he just brought the news into limelight but in other circumstances am sure he would have objected and told the idea was his..just saying..

Geetha...LOL...see Manav told exactly the same...that the EIC and his GF had stolen his story...but the way in which he told this was totally wrong and it backfired on him...for once liked the way Shreya gave back to him...but really can't stand Shreya's fake sweetness...which is harming Kabir and Ananya's relationship and now one more person Anita too is not making things easy for Kabir
