Why suddenly the debate on Capital Punishment?

Two main reasons to make this post:

1> Am still not over Sudhir Kashyap's mysterious disappearance case. Whatever that has been delivered about this case so far, I find something greatly amiss in that and so keep trying to find clues. Moreover when Shreya went to Ananya's house for her fake apology act, two things caught my attention and rendered me suspicious about Shreya's involvement in this case: firstly, Camera panned somewhat unusually on Mr. Kashyap's pic during that scene and secondly, Ananya's Mom recognized Shreya as Shreya Bhagat- Kabir's ex-wife. We havent been explicitly shown if Kabir or anyone else told her Kabir's ex-wife's name. Am intrigued as to how does Anitaji know Shreya's name and she is Kabir's ex-wife? Has she known her since before with regard to Mr. Kashyap's case?

And today, this sensitive and highly debatable topic was broached by The Kabir Sharma in his 9 pm bulletin - which is considered king of all prime-time slots and mostly reserved for national level political news than such live discussion, people's participation programs. This much importance is given to this Death Sentence topic and indirectly Life Sentence has been advocated over it. So am again trying to find links to Mr. Kashyap's case in this too but not getting anything concrete and so seek your help my brainy friends... Please share your views 😳

2> The red hanky I had noticed everytime Kabir had it in his pocket but never gave it any serious thought till the cat was finally out of sack. I dont want it to happen again. I mean I dont want to miss speculating the reason why CVs suddenly brought in discussion on death penalty in such emphasizing manner in the show 😆


PS: Am well aware of the fact that CVs use current news events happening in real as a reference in our show. Like the MLA being held hostage scene in last Fri. epi was directly inspired from same incident taking place to a BSP MLA in UP. There has been an Execution recently for 22 year old case and Capital Punishment should be outlawed discussions had ensued wrt that case. So this discussion could have been inspired from that real-life news affair too. But am crossing this possibility out here coz this debate is presented by The Kabir Sharma in his prime-time slot than presenting it as some human interest story in Manav's bulletin.

One imp. thing: This post is to speculate the connection b/w this special bulletin by Kabir and Mr. Sudhir Kashyap's case only; NOT for establishing/denying validity of Death Sentence in general or related to any specific case. So kindly refrain from any off-topic discussions.

I dont think so Shreya could be included because if Anita knoes Kabirs wife is involved in her husbands case though an ex one ... I am sure she should not have given her consent of this relationship ... regarding death sentence, yes that could be used in further plot.But as I remember Sudhir Kashyap was bailed out.

Kahin aisa toh nahi ke Mr. Kashyap has been sentenced to life? 😕

It was a general discussion not linked to Sudhir kashyap in my view...

Even If there is a slightest possibility of shreyas involvement I would like to believe that Kabir is unaware as he alreadyentioned earlier to Tarini that he told Ananya whatever he knew.

Kabir would have not kept Ananya in darkness especially he has such a relationship with her and want a future together.

Yes, even if Shreya was involved, Kabir might not have been aware of it at all or until much later.

Also, during Shreya-Kabir altercation that day, Kabir had told her - dhokha kis ne kis ko diya hai uske baare mein tum baat na hi karo toh achcha hoga Shreya. Am intrigued by this "dhokha" part too. Kaisa dhokha? Kis baare mein dhokha? 😕 And the focus on Mr. Kashyap's pic was more intriguing. I asked SammeerSir on FB but he chose not to answer. When he doesnt answer, either there is something concrete lying in there or nothing at all. So I got more confused

As to Kabir not keeping ananya in dark about her father's case, dunno why but I find the details presented so far incomplete and feel that Kabir knows something more but has no solid proof or he too has incomplete info and hence he hasnt shared it with Ananya - this is just my feeling; no sound base for it.

Maybe but Kabir presenting it in his 9 pm slot, got me curious. Though just now I remembered Kabir covering the guy's story whom Ananya has saved from committing suicide, in his 9 pm bulletin only. He even had called the girl Ananya 😳
