Hahaha the clauses are true in some IT industry. Couples cannot work in the same department or Projects. 😆
Even in Castle, remember Castle and Beckett were afraid of Captian Victoria finding out that they were dating.
So, Clause 6A might not be that wrong.

Its a role reversal there! Beckett never had a past like Kabir. Castle is in fact was a divorcee, but the ex wife angle and insecurity never came into picture (except for one minor episode). However Beckett has a past like Ananya. Her mother was killed years ago and it involved all the influential people. So Castle helps Beckett solve it/saves her from people attacking her.

Hi
I will chime in with some real info here...Private sectors may or may not chose to have clause 6A but govt sectors do have them specifically mentioned. A senior can never have an affair with his subordinate. Like say a home secretary cannot have an affair with an undersecretary directly under him/her. Same goes in Army, same goes in various other department. Like a husband police comissioner and a wife SP will never be posted in same district in India ...So is it in Public sector in USA remember President Clintion Having an affair with Ms Lewinsky one reason of objection was that she was his subordinate directly answering to him. Now coming as to the reasons why this is typically not allowed. It is because it would be difficult to judge and decide occupational harassment issues and conflict of interest. It would also lead to partial behaviour towards a subordinate. Like Mr Kabir Sharma these days is behaving towards Ananya I doubt any girl would be so casual around an EIC if not in such an intimate affair. Professionally it is death knell but so far the serial is concerned don't we love Ananya's antics to their last bit.😊

Different department One law enforcement other administration both cant be in law enforcement or admin in the same place. This is about public sector. Private sector is free to choose their terms of employment😊
